ABOUT THE CLASSES
My goal is to inspire you to have fun with food, inspire creativity, and take the stress out of cooking. Class are meant to get you excited about creating meals that are interesting and exciting but do not require elaborate recipes or ingredients. I always like to introduce good knife skills because that makes cooking and preparing food so much easier.
The menu is based on whatever I am inspired by at the market the day of the class. Everything we make is delicious, nourishing, colorful, and unique. I like to prompt new ideas for both beginner and advanced students.
I realize that everyone’s body is different. My specialty is creating meals with whatever is local and seasonal. I work with groups and individuals. All of my class are vegetarian and gluten free unless otherwise requested. I have worked with many clients with food sensitivies and allergies.
As a professional world traveler, I am constantly introduced to new ideas and concepts but am consistently reminded of the importance of quality ingredients and creative food combining.
